Have been waiting and waiting for a long time to blog my ord, finally got a com. The fucking com i have at home is 200mhz, 32 mb..... wat a joke, his is the forefather of all coms.
I have ORDed! Operational ready date. I am now a civillian. Better still, my reservist posting is not out yet, still on waiting list, so will not be called up soon.
Met a lot of superiors whom i really respesct and will try to learn from.
Among them is my Staff Sergeant. Known him ever since i completed my basic section leader course as a corporal. He was my instructor initially, and once i completed my combat engineer specialist course, it was all his help that i got such a good posting. Thank you sir!
His is one guy who is very very focused. Gets to the point and gets the job done. Proffesionalism, and a very cool guy, a very charismatic specialist, plus his impressive peugeot, haha. And his is doing very well in his career, needless to say. Normally CSMs start getting fat, but instead i think he will only get fitter and fitter, so when he become csm, think his company will be impressive as well, haha
And also, my warrant officer, very knowledgeable superior. Respects his resourcefulness. Knows how to apply his knowledge and get things moving.
And also 2lt Mevin and jeremy.. They r not the type who draw a clear line between officers and specialists. They guide us, instead of bark at us. Outside camp, we r frens, in camp, they r my 'team leader', not my slave-driver.
And also Anthony! Hey, i never once thought of him as my surbodinate... Only once... when MAJ Koh scolded me, saying i am not controlling him enough, remember, anthony? Or maybe u did not even know about it, haha.. But he is one really solid guy, and my opinion is, if u r good enough, for fuck i hover around u like a damn bird? And he is one good fren. Will always remember the time we, and 2lt J and M, laugh and 'play with ourselves at one corner'.
And most memorable is , i met my dalphin dear during army... So fortunate of me.. Think i ns is really a nice dream.
